Fake account AI generated content will be another huge issue as well. Even with old clumsy Bots, some people could be baited, now it would become much more problematic. Online social networks will necessarily require accounts to be bound to mobile sim card account. This legislation will come to pass for sure making fake accounts a costly and dangerous thing who try to abuse it. Though this is a hard to cope problem, such regulation will provide effective solution while creating a whole new problem... personal breach and demolishing of anonymity. It would surely increase a persons activities much more tracible, but I believe it will a trade-off to be accepted. I personally do believe security issues generally precedes confidentiality but always must be kept as an important consideration. Well if some is murdered, they will access to that information anyway with less efficient and slow process even today. I am OK g-mail requiring my cell phone during account creation for instance.
