I think he does not have a full realistic picture. AI is not the answer for everything at this time and its ability. He refers to call centre staff as untrained and incapable. Yesterday I was caught up in a customer support with FedEx that via website, telephone and all virtual “assistance”. My query was straightforward but the online service asked me to make my question shorter- it was not that long but too challenging , which is pretty much similar across virtual assistants. Through the telephone service it was also very simplistic - there was no option to a human. My experience has been these AI options can only answer the simple questions that you can answer yourself, not the ones more complex. He also comments that consultant reports can be done in 10 mins. By ChatGPT. Yes it can but have you read it!
