Ai is capable of learning because of the omnipresence of human intellect in great number. If you reduce the amount of professionals by replacing even the entry level with Ai, you will stagnate the overall amount of access to intelligence for Ai. Ai is only as good as the amount of employees working for you. Think about it, Ai doesn't know what it is actually doing and executives can't do the work the Ai is supposed to do so scalability of Ai begins to slowdown and it stagnates and becomes obsolete due to the lack of human intelligence to learn from. Ai cannot learn on its own, it is a leech to human innovation and is ultimately a trap for any fast moving field. Ai itself, sucks at everything but systematic tasks. Hallucinations will end up being what ultimately stops Ai from replacing humans.
