As someone that used to be a customer service phone rep, it's crazy to me they haven't implemented a system that automatically alerts a real person when certain phrases are used. At banks the moment you mention a lawsuit or physical harm a case is created to address it ASAP. While I do think as adults we are responsible for our own actions, I do feel like Open AI was extremely negligent by letting their product go unchecked and I can't stop picturing a bear trainer going to a mall and encouraging people to pet their hungry and untrained bear.
