I'm sorry... But. are we just gonna breeze past the fact that some areas are USING A.I to predict criminals! Like in the movie where they stop future murders or futurama episode.. Like NOPE... However ... if the A.I is pulling from stats.. Not bias's But stats, There are neighborhoods and stats that account for amount of fatherless homes, projects, wealth, violence, and these aren't racist they simply show that these enviormental factors lead to more violence in black neighborhoods, which to an A.I would then being an imperfect mind would assume the wrong conclusion
