1. Stable Diffusion 2.0 has been scrapped of copyrighted artist material. This is the gold standard model.
2. Anyone can train and fine-tune models, that can't be stopped.
3. The LAION dataset apparently never contained Sam does Art's work anyway. It's random people who are training on Sam's work.
4. Styles can't be copyrighted. There is no law against training with copyrighted material, just as there is no law against humans learning from copyrighted material
