Let the unproductive ones that just talk and keep a corner be afraid. Creators are the only and real value, dump them if you dare, but dont threaten to replace with AI. AI is perfect for replacing non productive repetitive jobs, and will be better investors CEO's and CTO's than programmers, eventually one tech company will need only one good founder with tech and social skills.
