He's certainly calling out for oversight BUT who would we all trust to be that oversight?? Governments change so would you trust Trump or Biden or any of their administrations?? What about other leaders?? Many would have trusted Elon but now maybe not after the Twitter thing. ....AND, this is a private company's technology is it legal to step in? There's some great things AI could do for man and some scary things it could do TO man. It's important to read between the lines with what he's saying and pay close attention to his very last comment "(AI) just wants us to ask permission...". That's a bigger deal than most are letting on.
