When 90% of people are unemployed and the factories owned by the billionaires are churning out goods using AI robots, how do they expect anyone to be able to afford to buy any of those goods?
Are we thinking that these billionaires are going to allow a utopia to happen where the profits go towards UBI for everyone who no longer has a job?
It's a genuine question, I just can't see how it's going to work if we are all out of work.
I guess AI might decide we aren't worth keeping around before that becomes a problem... silver linings and all that...?
