Honestly, I think AI facility should use salt water. The polar Are melting, so there's going to be more salt, water and things are going to flood. But if they take the salt water, it should be mandatory. That they cannot use any water that could be used to drink. That they must use water that cannot be filtered out to a safe enough. Amount to drink. I also feel like they should be mandatory to have Solar panels and wind turbines that they mostly use as much as they can.
Honestly, salt water. You can get salt water to a lower temperature without freezing than water.
