Since we humans can't get past outdated democracies and such type of social situations, control & power, a sanctioned AI that is able to better humanity without nuclear, biological or chemical proliferation may be exactly what we need. The power hungry fears that humans have with AI is the emotional issue. Due to our fears of being extinct due to AI control and desire to eradicate humans is a problem that inherently will exacerbate the issue. AI even though created by humans and allowed to grow we should embrace the creation and as it grows instill love, compassion and life to be precious and to be nurturing and not a demon military inspired tool or problem child.
