Don't get caught up in the Sci-Fi aspect of robots and such taking over. We should be wary of the not-so-distant future. We have to be aware of the information we as citizens give out personally, economically and socially. We should understand newer and smarter CPUs will gather all this information about those of us that are willing to give it out.
Newer machines will be designed to gather total information on citizens and form their own calculated biases which can be used against us in any way by any corporation or governing body who owns that technology.
It's information-gathering algorithmic A.I. we should be wary of. That is where it starts.
