I agree with everything you said but a major issue rising about how to “spot an ai” artwork, as an amateur nonprofessional artist, I draw many of those “clearly ai” mistakes due to my lack of skill in drawing, sometimes the postures are off, or the lines are wrong, but that’s just because I’m not that skilled yet, if anyone would say my art is ai just because of these mistakes I would cry because I worked so hard on them, this issue makes it harder for us, less skilled artists, to share our work with the world because we would be judged and possibly ruine any future in art for us
