7:20 Correction of misinformation: When image generation models are trained, they dont "download" images or store them on a database, they read the images and then updates their internal model so that they can make images more like the image it just read. From what I understand they usually just scrape the internet for images with alt text rather than specifically collecting images into a database. It's more comparable to if I told a robot to look at 1000 images on the internet and then give me the overview of what was in them.
Not saying that this makes it less immoral or anything, its just good to be correct about this kind of stuff.
