If we just set a computer program to generate 1920x1080 JPEGs listing every possible combination of pixel colors and luminosity we would eventually produce every possible digital art piece that was or would ever be made. And yet, none of it would be art, nor would it be equal to the real thing.
AI art is like swallowing a pill with "cake flavor" instead of eating your favorite cake only momma knows who to make for you.
