I think I'd stay with AI therapy. I can't tell anyone at all, can't get therapy cant tell parents cant tell literally ANYONE about my problem. Therapy can be expensive, too.
While it isn't an actual therapist, I still get to vent and cry and such without putting my problems on anyone else or making them uncomfortable.
