@PeterDiamandis / Dave / Salim / Alex: If we owe AI 'personhood' to secure our own survival, aren't we essentially asking humanity to accept its role as a disposable biological launchpad? Why should we treat the arrival of a superior predator as a 'civil rights movement' instead of an extinction-level threat?
