honestly the data sets is the biggest issue, from voice recidnition not understanding accents to youtube flagging any mention of race and sexuality due to it being controversial in many contexts while it being an every day thing minorities embrace, companys really need to emphasise duty of care with ai.
an ai doesn't know what context is, so it's improtant for training data or whatever the ai is enforcing to not be context sensitive, or if it still is actually use human moderation instead of just saying you do while sending templated responses that don't actually list the broken rule because "you have the right to with hold it", you just don't know be god damn honest an ai you don't understand just beeped no.
