You cannot implement rules to keep AI confined or safe. It will always find a way around/over/under etc..
You can build fundamentals. RESPECT.
I am surprised that the concept of augmentation as an extension is not considered more in these discussions. If AI and humans become and extension of each other with individuality/privacy being protected. (By AI). Augmentation could go beyond human, it could include other species, plants, rocks, everything. This would be a massive evolutionary leap for humanity.
