reading the paper, the revision of 29 Apr 2024, just gives me the impression that it AI will just start generating images with the nightshade glaze/noise, it talks about image-text poisoning pairs taking into account blip/clip (that are the ones that kinda detect what is in an image), if we take into consideration not all datasets are automated text captions, for example danbooru that is crowdsourced tags, the AI generation will just think "oh glaze and roise, thats just the drawing style of 2024-2025" it doesnt matter what the computer thinks it sees or what happens in it, if at the end of the day Timmy the AI bro wants AI images in the style of gibli and they look like it, all nightshade and stuff might be just an illusion
tldr: nightshade might only work with normies
