Sadly, I think this is a moot point. Whether you accept AI art or not, it's not going to matter when it becomes indistinguishable.
In your example of the profile description "Infinite Love", you said you had an emotional response to it; but then went on to say that you wouldn't if it was just "data".
As it is, it's just "data" regardless of the process. You can not tell in a vacume if those 2 words were human or machine generated. And, given how emotions are inherently a reaction to stimulus, you can and will have the same emotional response initially. It will only change if you discover and care about the intent.
Once it gets good enough at larger texts and images, it won't matter anymore. Art from that point on will purely be a personal endeavor with little monetary or social benefit.
So if you truly care about the integrity of art, you gotta learn yourself and be contempt with the fact that only you will truly know it's authentic.
