Any programmer knows computers can only compare... and could not even think of a random number.. That was done by looking at the "second hand" on a clock type thing.
ALL programming is IF/THEN statements... all of it.
It is a testament to programmers that they have made it look like computers think when they compare every move in chess.
Algorithms can be made.. but again.. they are fed by IF/THEN statements.
