The lawsuit will be decided by those who approve of or disapprove of AI. I can access the same information for free, why can't a computer? I can rewrite it exactly as written, why can't a computer? And no, OpenAI doesn't store the information and charge for access since access to ChatGPT is free unless you want to upgrade for more access. I see nothing wrong them they gathering the information as a source for those who ask the questions, but I'm also not anti-AI.
