This guy is legit as fuck. His argument isn't about whether the AI is sentient, its about who is controlling this incredibly powerful technonolgy. The sentient AI argument is marely a specific context to make this point within. And the fact that his assursion about sentience has sparked such intense debate proves his point exactly, which is that these issues are incredibly complicated and shouldn't be resolved behind closed doors by profit driven cooperations.
