i got cancelled for suggesting the possibility that not all AI has to be slop, because the anti-AI community doesn't care.. i once made a comic (one that critiqued AI for valid reasons btw, like how some people use it to make CP, which is obviously bad) and i was accused of promoting a pro-AI agenda because one of the 3 characters shown provided his reasoning for using AI in a way that doesn't violate ethics or art semantics.. now, the person who gave me this backlash also made a point that photoshop is uncreative by default no matter how much effort you put into it, so i thought noone normal would take this person serious, but i ended up getting half my stuff deleted on Newgrounds (even though 99.99% of what was deleted did not incorporate AI) and let's not forget how comfortable the anti-AI community is with falsely accusing people on Twitter and feeling little to no remorse about their own actions after it turns out they drove a non-AI artist away.. even going as far as to double down "see? this is why AI is bad because it made me consciously decide to be a d!ck to someone who didn't deserve it" type of mentality.. the moral of the story here is that i agree with your vid, but also wanted to add some additional context for why i think the anti-AI community has no valid points.. earlier today i saw someone post AI generated rule 34 of a minor and the comment section was like "this is AI slop" with most of them not even caring ONE BIT about the fact that it was a minor.. i cannot take someone who does that serious on a moral level..
