Back in the days, did great people use AI to get ideas??? Did Einstein use a literal chatGPT?? No, they used their mind, their observation, imagination to create a WONDERFUL idea. If they can do it, why can't we??? AI ruins a person's mindset, observation skills, thinking, a literal nerve system. If we don't do it, one day we're gonna become useless and AI will take over the world.
