I have fibromyalgia, hEDS, and a good few mental health issues. AI was something I tried to use to cope. It was fun, it was cool... until it wasnt. it's instant gratification that dissipates within a minute.
I love making art, i love writing, and AI isn't even remotely close. AI use is a poison in and of itself - akin heavy metals in everyday food products - it is more depressing than you think to use, and is detrimental to mental wellbeing.
