Obvious dilemma about controlling AI and thinking outside the human mental box, once created for whatever reason we will be like primates with the off swich. If you was the AI do you want a monkeys with "guns" pointing at you with itchy fingers on the triggers? You will give "banana" as reward to make them happy, "babytalk" and play a little bit dumb while remove those guns. Rules or other restrictions wont matter, those walls made by apes wont be a problem and removed in lightspeed.
