A lot of my friends used to support ai a good bit, but stopped after I started drawing myself. I planned to redraw my crappy pfp a while back, and my friends actually tried to get me to use ai to do it for me, which I grimaced at the thought. I didn't give them too much crap about it though, since my friends are all not artistic, creative, or confident in themselves at all. Eventually, I scrapped trying to redo my pfp due to struggling with incorporating some of my own elements into the character I wanna change (Star Dream from the Kirby Series) and with me being terrible at changes in angles.
They stopped pestering me about ai art however when I got back into drawing and expressed my hate about it more. They seems supportive of my art progression journey, no matter how much I persist my most of my pieces are pure crap, and I appreciate them for it.
Maybe I will redraw my pfp...
