What an interesting story! The combination of AI plus human cognitive distortion in it makes this one of your more interesting stories. It's funny how many times quirky human behavior and subcultures contribute to these cases. Bodybuilders choking down dry powders, drinkers gulping down horse electrolytes, cheaters washing their junk in herbicide...those sorts of stories are always more entertaining than cases of eating old pasta, rice, etc. although the variety of microbes and their toxins is pretty amazing in and of itself.
