The biggest issue I have with AI is the hordes of people attempting to pawn AI slop off as their own creations. Worse, it keeps improving in quality, to the point where I'll often not even realize I'm watching AI slop until I've been watching it for a few minutes. And now it's to the point where I am reluctant to trust anything I see that I don't *know* isn't AI. If I see some silly pet video where an animal is doing something improbably hilarious, my default thought is "AI", until I realize the video was uploaded 4 years ago. But now there's this mark where everything after 2023 just seems suspect.
