Imagine commissioning a piece from an artist and then trying to copyright and sell it. Giving a prompt to an engine is about as creative as asking someone to draw something for you. Sure you might have a good idea but you can’t execute it without someone who has that talent. And him using AI is just a loophole to putting his name on someone else’s work because “it was his idea”.
