These people are assholes. But the video is making fun of the cop.
We don't know if due to tinted windows or the lighting if he can even see whether there's a driver or not, and there's probably no other way for him to know that it is driver-less.
But even so, most people in this situation would either roll down the window or get out of the car to tell the cop this.
And then they should be tapping the screen to get Waymo to assist.
But no, instead, Badger and Skinny Pete decided to just sit there laughing like morons because they couldn't care less that they were obstructing traffic.

I assume they're all too stupid to be able to drive at all, so I guess it's a good thing they didn't do the other obvious thing and get in the driver's seat to move the car.
