I'd like to point out an error of fact: At the 5:05 mark, there is a comment about AI being trained to impersonate ""a customer who is okay with lying to another human being, I guess." The AI did NOT lie to a human being; it lied to a cable company. Anyone who thinks that is the same thing, has clearly never dealt with a cable company.
