Lots of People are way too optimistic in the comments. I have zero studies and after losing my job thanks to my Autism (sensory overloads), I haven't been able to find another job for the past 4 years. Only surprise, I really hate IT, even a Job Coach could see based on tests that I would get depressed by learning and working with IT. Somehow I got forwarded to an AI company, despite admitting that I don't like IT and not understanding what I was doing there, they gave me the oppurtunity to learn their program after I randomly talked about mathematics. Of course, I got depressed, after 10 minutes of learning I already felt tired. It's just too boring for me and did quit, yet I've seen what was possible with AI. I see here in the comments lawyers and Teachers believing that they can't be replaced thanks to emotional intelligence. But that's wrong, AI already has a better emotional intelligence than most People ever will have. For lawyers, even copy and paste won't be needed, the AI can literally read the text themselves, it can even see and analyse the events or even go to the locations without even being there in AI (Got the joke?). Teachers, we will barely need them... AI can teach kids the required skills a lot faster, nowadays you hear once in a while kids finishing their studies a little faster. AI could make it possible for most kids to finish their studies fast. Once in a while we can use some adults, but a lot less than we have now. Even me, I'm now learning to code via CodeAcdemy, it's scary how fast I'm learning. I do 100 minutes daily, but learn more in the past were you needed hours and hours to learn the same. Yet it's not needed, AI already could and can help me making the website and app I would like to have, they even suggest to learn the bare minimum wich is sufficient. But I decided to learn it in full anyway, programmers thinking they can't be replaced is even laughable. Thanks to AI, I've been able to be in the past 8 months with 0 knowledge: -An Animator -A music artist -A website developer -A coder -A personal coach -A video Editor -... Who knows what's possible in 2040? It is going very fast and we already can replace most of the jobs if we really want to, but feel that Governments don't want People to enjoy their life in 2025. Maybe they will change their mind in 2040.
