The frustrating thing about all this is that companies don't care. They don't care about the quality of their products and will gladly replace humans with AI labor just to save money. I see it, now whenever go on a website or try to contact customer service. The UI is broken, there's always a bug, and the chat bot isn't helpful with my problem. In fact, it just puts me in a loop. I can tell that these companies have implemented AI because nothing works anymore. It has gotten worse not better.
