America needs tort reform badly. If someone sues, and they lose, the losers and/or their lawyers should have to pay the total cost of the lawsuit automatically. Too many frivolous lawsuits clogging up the courts. It is too easy to bankrupt someone using courts. It almost happened to Trump lol. He got fined 500 mm for inflating his property value during a bank loan process which the bank approved after doing their own due diligence. Lawyers will/are ruining this country. Ambulance chasing shouldn't be a job.
