AI lets laymen access skills they couldn't acquire. Gemini helped me figure out some mental health stuff. Professionals, however, have only limited benefits of AI. Every programmer will tell you AI code is bloated and inefficient. Heck, OpenAI based their new browser on Chromium and didn't let AI code it. As for customer service, the skill of writing an email politely usually is the requirement for getting the job. There's not much AI can add for you. In some professions AI will create entirely new problems like the need to fix mistakes AI made. That's why there's a bubble.
