I believe it is big shift in future of work, it is not just a progressive change. People will expand their roles leveraging AI. Capacity increase. I would not be surprised if we worked the same or more. I do believe that there will be other characteristics that will become key in the future of work… humanity, compassion, sensibility, understanding, and other human qualities built into services and customer relationships.
