Ai is in no way improving customer service. Ai customer service assistanse is the most useless, annoying thing. It's a glorified FAQ retriever. I have never had a question that I could not find the answer to Ithe FAQs that the AI assistant has been able to help me with.
The only thing AI customer service does is make customers even more pissed off once they finally reach a human
