This argument really falls flat imo because there is still a lot of effort being put into digital art, even if it has tools to make it easier. You *still* have to look out for character design, perspective, poses, and all that jazz. It's still *you* doing majority of the work, while genai all you really do is type words and see which pic you like. As an digital artist, it's still gonna take me a couple of hours to be done with a work while ai art takes like... a few seconds?
And also unless it's tracing, at least digital artists ain't stealing a bunch of other artists' work and mashing them together into a art Frankenstein
