How do they plan to keep having a supply of junior workers who will be then trained to become senior workers to replace the old? Without that pipeline, and everyone moving to trade, who will take up the work of the retired senior workers and keep working and improving and troubleshooting AI? Furthermore if all moves to trades, the salaries there will start to decrease as well. And hey that might be how we get manufacturing back to US? But that will mean we have to become a third world country first 😢
