Sarah biffin (1784-1850) was born without arms or legs and still earned the patronage of the british royal family for her RECORD BREAKING minature portraits. Historically blind women in japan could earn a living playing instruments. Many bards in ancient greece were also (allegedly) blind. and all of this before the camera. Its both ridiculous and insulting to act as if ai is the only way for a disabled person to make art.
Edit: my biggest concern with disney's ai lawsuit(s) is the descriptions for their characters are so vague (hiccup is viking boy with brown shirt brown hair and black dragon) that it would make it Very Easy for disney to sue any other indie artist/small studio into oblivion and leave a ridiculous amount of ideas copyrighted for the next 100 years
