Mb chat the ai bros can destroy our careers ig I forgor that I got that alpha wolf blue artist blood that makes my dominant hand turn into a werewolf hand that makes me draw good But seriously, the argument of using ai as an art tool in general is so stupid because it’s not an advancement like they think. It relies on artists to function, whereas an actual advancement like a machine that builds products doesn’t fully rely on the previous factory workers building things by hand. Ai wasn’t made as a technological advancement, it was made to steal images for companies to get cheap instead of getting an actual artist. The machines I often see it compared to had valid reasoning to be made, machines were made to make it so factory workers weren’t working in horrible conditions to make ends meet, cars were made to transport people more efficiently without the hassle & crowdedness of public transportation, you could make an argument for any advancement except ai since it’s not one. It’s a version of art for lazy people. If you’re “SOO creative” & “just NEED to get it out there” you’d have enough willpower & commitment to actually learn to draw. Also side note, why the heck is it that ai bros always have horrendous grammar? Like you’re telling me that someone whose whole “job” is to sit around & type in prompts to their computer can’t even escape the google docs blue/red underlines?? I’m an ex-c.ai user & even I used my rp experience to write better so what are they doing with their time????
