I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I like AI art. It enables those without the means to hire an artist to have incredible art in their products (like in indie games and movies). I think a lot of the people using AI art wouldn't be in the market for a real artist because they couldn't afford one. I believe art created by humans will actually INCREASE in value because it will become more like a premium product. I can say from personal experience that my job (writing closed captions) has not disappeared as a result of AI. It's just changed. There is still no shortage of customers who are looking for a human captioner for various reasons, whether that be for privacy, handling difficult audio or accents, dealing with crosstalk, or understanding the context necessary to get proper nouns right. I have had to leave a big provider because of their increasing reliance on AI, but I make more now on my own than I did before AI pushed me out of the company I worked for. Change is scary and difficult, but AI is here to stay. The worms can't be put back into the can, so now it's up to us to adapt and make the most out of it.
