This is shocking! Aside from putting the truck driver industry at risk, the safety concerns are massive. I keep seeing in the news that they have not ironed out the kinks yet in driverless cars, and another pedestrian has been mowed down. Yet here we are putting massive 18 wheelers out there as ghostly grim reapers, who are also incapable of making human decisions like stopping to help stranded motorists or report witnessing crimes in progress. Yikes.
