Literally everything about the Intelligence Curse is a result of control of the means of production being hoarded by those at the very top, in other words: capitalism. None of this would be possible if the boards of these companies answered to employees not shareholders. If working people were in charge, generative AI wouldn't even exist yet. We'd be too busy putting the AI we already had to use on actually important problems like curing cancer and addressing the climate crisis.
