Here's why you can't stop AI - even if you force regulation, nobody can assure that this regulation is upheld. Neural networks can be trained on copyrighted material and it will be impossible for auditors/investigatiors to know if such materials were used once the neural network is fully operational. Neural networks are not your average algorythm written by a programmer that can be reverse engineered. Once the neural network is deployed, it's basically a black box. What AI does is that it reimagines (much like we do) and regulating that will be impossible. It's like putting a ban on looking at copyrighted art because an artist can then draw the same characters or use the same art style. You need to accept the fact that generative AI is here to stay.
