Some HUMANS may Lease rights via subscription to that Art or Computer designed hardware/software compilation, and others may Buy rights to OWN that Art or Computer designed hardware/software compilation— but THEY ARE NOT HUMAN or the Equivalent, and they CANNOT be granted HUMAN RIGHTS that were given to HUMANS BY “GOD” who created us! HUMANS can have ethical rules and laws for protocol treatment of HUMAN CREATED INVENTIONS that are intended for guiding and regulating HUMAN conduct and HUMAN safety. Ai is a manmade computer product that has ZERO HUMAN RIGHTS, but may have some protections granted by Humans that governs its treatment and protocols for Human Safety to ensure someone’s personal manmade computer product doesn’t harm humans of any age or humanity as a whole. Obviously, there may be delicate variations of such laws governing human conduct and protocol for purposes of national military defense or during declarations of war, and for purposes of conduct and protocols when used for purposes of human owner personal or family home security and defense. I support ethical treatment of animals and all God’s living creatures. All living creatures including humans have a time we are created and become alive, and a time that we age and die. We don’t get another whole body (body as a whole) or another life (on this earthly realm) , and no technology can ever change that. Technology may help address illness or disease to extend normal human aging, or to help create replacement organ parts, but it cannot allow a person to live forever as a whole. So in my view, humans cannot give equal rights to a computer that will outlive all humans. Each generation of humans to come MUST have the rights and autonomy to adjust and modify laws based upon reality on the ground during their time for whatever circumstances and contextual issues are taking place that perhaps we can’t even imagine. Humans created it, and Humans must remain in charge of it, and Humans must be able to end it if such a situation develops one day that requires it to save humanity. Do Not ever put anything above critical rights to life granted to humans from God. God did not create Ai and although I love it, God likely would not approve, just a guess. Your voices matter to a lot of people now who are listening to each one of you. All your voices matter. When in doubt, be responsible, choose humans and safety, and remember obligation of each one of us to all humanity— 1st do no harm. ♥️
