DEFINITELY NOT A FAN OF AI. Called Walmart for a prescription renewal. Used to be able to leave my script numbers and the computer would tell me if or not it could be ready by a couple of days. I could call 24/7 and the information would be there. Do I called after hours. This is what I got. Hello. I m sorry but I cannot get someone to help you. The pharmacy is closed. I couldn't give IT my information.😤. So I ended up to go to the pharmacy myself. Just so I could get my script. Again not a fan. Thank you Shogun.
